However, once a course or digital content has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be refunded, as the material is instantly made available to you. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate transactions or technical issues, and such requests must be raised within a reasonable time frame. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Genesis Biology.
